• Draft pre and post marital agreements and partition agreements.
• Prepare beneficiary designation forms for filing with insurance companies and      financial institutions.

• Draft documents required for independent and dependent administrations, muniments of title, and affidavits of heirship.
• Research probate laws of foreign states to assist in preparation of documents necessary for ancillary probate proceedings.
• Assist clients throughout probate and estate administrations, working directly with executors, accountants, insurance agents, appraisers, and financial advisors to gather assets of the estates and secure information required to complete estate administrations and tax returns.
• Conduct research and work with clients and professionals to determine the values of assets and the liabilities of the Decedent.
• Calculate amounts passing to trusts and other beneficiaries, marital deductions and charitable deductions.
• Work with transfer agents to effectuate transfers of property to beneficiaries.
• Work with oil and gas operators to secure transfers of ownership of mineral interests.
• Prepare and file conveyance documents with appropriate courts, agencies and companies.
• Prepare trust funding documents, including all conveyances of assets requiring transfer of ownership forms, change of beneficiary forms, notice letters, stocks, bonds, Treasury bill transfers, deeds, transfers of mineral interests, and transfers of ownership of art.
